How many versions of IELTS are there?

There are two versions of IELTS: IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training. The IELTS Academic is for those who want to study in an English-speaking country. IELTS General Training is for those who want to work (except in some fields for which the Academic version is preferred) or immigrate to an English-speaking country.
